Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and assistance with errands.
Monitor and document changes in clients’ health or behavior, reporting concerns as necessary.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
Follow individualized care plans to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Maintain professionalism and respect for clients’ homes and preferences.

Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
Experience in in-home care or a similar setting (preferred).
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Ability to work independently and adapt to various home environments.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
