Registered Nurse (RN) – In-Home Care

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and overall health status.
• Provide wound care and other advanced nursing procedures as needed.
• Educate clients and their families on managing conditions and maintaining health.
• Collaborate with caregivers, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulations and standards of care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
• Experience in home health, acute care, or a similar setting (preferred).
• BLS and ACLS certification (preferred).
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying home care environments.
